2008 will mark the 73rd edition of the Open, formally the Phoenix Open, and the third edition as the FBR Open. Only 4 other Opens in the U.S. can boast this long of a run. The FBR Open is a Tour favorite...rich in tradition and excitement. Spectators of over 400,000 flock every year to witness this historic battle take place on the TPC of Scottsdale "Stadium" course. With plenty of seating and room to watch the crucial shots on key holes, the Stadium is unlike any other on the Tour. There is plenty of parking and easy viewing access to every hole. When the sun goes down, the Miller Lite Birds Nest at the TPC rocks with live bands and drink specials. When its this easy to get so close to the action, you'll regret only seeing the highlights on ESPN.
